How infrastructure bill can address historic inequality

The bipartisan Infrastructure bill that President Joe Biden signed into law is already pumping more than a billion dollars into the U.S. economy. The money will help fix the country’s aging roads, bridges, waterways and help reconnect communities of color divided by past projects.
