Writing Center Tutor
Alisa is a Master’s student in English. She works with literary analysis, poetry, creative writing, and resumes. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, Taiwanese Hokkein, has elementary proficiency in Korean and entry proficiency in Japanese. Alisa also likes to read romance novels and classics, write poems in both English and Mandarin, and do yoga. She recently picked up calligraphy for both English and Mandarin! Alisa has experience working with students that learned English as a second language and Mandarin/Chinese as their mother tongue. If needed, she is happy to work with Mandarin speaking international students.
