Julie Boudoukara

Program Coordinator
Julie Boudoukara is the Program Coordinator for International Affairs. As the sole staff member, she is responsible for event planning, budget management, class scheduling, and supports the director, faculty, undergraduate students, and advisors. Julie assists the Introduction to International Affairs class and International Affairs Dialogue of Civilizations. She is the marketing communications administrator and manages student communications, the website, social media, and marketing. She supervises work study students and is the liaison with peer mentors. She supports the Middle East Studies Program, among other tasks. Julie was a member of the College of Social Sciences and Humanities Staff Advisory Council and Northeastern’s Staff Mentoring Circles.
Julie is a Northeastern alumna, she received a master’s degree in education and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Prior to joining International Affairs, she worked for several years at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University as the student services manager, previously an academic advisor and associate registrar among other roles.
She is a two time recipient of the College of Social Sciences and Humanities Outstanding Staff Award in 2025 and in 2021.
