Madison Snyder

Writing Center Tutor

Madison is a second-year Master’s student in Early American literature who received her BA in English with a minor in Creative Writing from the University at Albany, SUNY. Her areas of interest include the intersection of 19th Century American Literature and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality studies, though she also has done extensive research on the Young Adult novel, philosophy, and Early Modern literature such as Shakespeare, Kyd, and Marlowe. She is best suited to work with students who use MLA or Chicago citations, but enjoys working with students of any discipline. In her spare time, Madison enjoys teaching her terrier, Dax, new tricks and thrift shopping.
