Rebecca Westerling

Associate Co-op Coordinator: Economics (BA, BS), International Affairs (BA), Urban Informatics (MS), Urban Planning and Policy (MS)

Rebecca Westerling, joined the co-op program in CSSH in 2014 and is currently an associate cooperative education coordinator working primarily with undergraduate and graduate students, academic faculty and employers in the International Affairs and Economics programs. She has a BA in Psychology and Religion with a Business Certificate from the University of Rochester and an MEd in Higher Education from Boston College. She is a key contributor to Look Up: Gaining Insight and Direction through Experiential Learning for your Personal, Professional and Civic Life, a book co-authored by two of her CSSH co-op colleagues. Prior to coming Northeastern, Rebecca worked at the Harvard Business School as a coordinator of global partnerships and global immersion programs, as well as in roles within Career Services and Financial Aid. She also taught middle school science in St. Louis as part of Teach for America.
