Experiential Education:

  • Tate took a co-op as an Investigations Intern with Massachusetts Bureau of Public Health, where he aided in the BPH Health investigations within their dental divisions. He worked with expired licenses, misconduct within the office, misdiagnoses, and fraudulent charges of dentists to patients, ensuring that everything was up to operational standards.
  • He participated the Walking in Japan Dialogue of Civilizations in Tokyo, an english-based dialogue with emphasis on Japanese literary concepts and authors. Taught by Professor Chris Ayala, Tate fell in love with the country of Japan.
  • During his first semester at Northeastern, he studied in Lisbon, Portugal.
