Eraldo Souza dos Santos is a Ph.D. candidate in Philosophy at Panthéon-Sorbonne University, Paris. He will spend Fall term 2020 at the Ethics Institute as Jean-Walter Zellidja Fellow of the Académie française. His research interests span political philosophy, philosophy of history and historiography, and intellectual history.

Dominika Dzwonkowska is an assistant professor in the Institute of Ecology and Bioethics at Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw. She carries out research on environmental philosophy, environmental ethics, environmental virtue ethics and animal ethics. Author of and coauthor of 4 books and over 20 scientific papers. Since 2013 Dr.Dzwonkowska is an International Representative for Poland of International Society for Environmental Ethics. She has experience in cooperation with nongovernmental organizations in the field of raising awareness about climate change. Dr. Dzwonkowska is responsible for coordination of Master Program in Sustainability Studies and international cooperation in the Institute.

Jeffrey Moriarty works mainly in business ethics, though he also has interests in political philosophy, and at the intersection of these fields. He is especially interested in questions of just distribution in state and organizational contexts. This has led him to investigate the ethical aspects of compensation arrangements, including executive compensation. He enjoys teaching a range of courses, including business ethics, political philosophy, introduction to philosophy, and more.

Blumenson came to SULS after working as a criminal defense attorney for the Seattle public defender and the Boston criminal law firm of Zalkind and Zalkind. While at Suffolk, he has also served as a Fellow of the Open Society Institute, a visiting attorney in the International Criminal Court’s chief prosecutor’s office, a Fulbright scholar in Lahore, Pakistan, a fellow at the NU Ethics Institute, and a visiting professor at the University of Witswatersrand in South Africa.
