The Jewish Studies Program offers several exciting awards for students and one for faculty:

The $5000 Ruderman Scholarship is awarded annually to a student in good standing who is majoring or minoring in Jewish Studies. More information here.

The $5,000 Gideon Klein Award is awarded annually for a student to create an original work, prepare a performance, or do research related to music or musicians of the Holocaust.  More information here.

The Stotsky Professorship in Jewish Historical and Cultural Studies supports a Northeastern faculty member who pursues broad ethical, cultural, and social issues arising out of the suffering and heroism of the Holocaust, as well as to encourage new approaches to the problem of social justice and modern Judaism. A $500 Graduate Student Subvention will be given to graduate students doing work in Jewish studies to support research or attendance at a conference. More information here.
