NULab Spring Conference 2026: “Collective Persistence”

On May 1st, the NULab will be hosting its ninth annual spring conference, “Collective Persistence,” showcasing the work of faculty, students, and research collaborators.

This event is free and open to the public, but registration is required; please RSVP here. Zoom information will be emailed upon registration. 

The conference will be completely virtual on Zoom. All are welcome to join! 

Schedule

Times below are in Eastern.

  • 10:30–11am: Social hour
  • 11am: Welcome and opening
    • Opening Remarks: Ellen Cushman, NULab Co-Director, Cherokee Nation Citizen, Dean’s Professor of Civic Sustainability
    • Welcome: Kelle Tsai, Dean of College of Social Sciences and Humanities, and Dan Cohen, Dean of the Library; Vice Provost for Information Collaboration; Professor of History

  • 11:15am–12:15pm: Lightning Talks
  • 12:15–1pm: Break/lunch
    • Join our speakers in breakout rooms for more discussion of their papers, speak with poster presenters in breakout rooms, or connect with other conference participants in the main Zoom call
