Isabelle Lundin
English PhD Student
Isabelle is a PhD student in the English department, whose broad research interests investigate how linguistic identities and disciplinary identities intersect and interact, particularly for multilingual writers writing in the STEM disciplines. Her work also extends into writing center theory, praxis, and research, often employing both quantitive and qualitative methods. Isabelle has published in venues such as The Writing Center Journal, The Peer Review, and Young Scholars in Writing. Her article, “The Impact of Writing Center Consultations on Student Writing Self-Efficacy” was awarded the International Writing Center Association’s 2024 Outstanding Article Award.
