Michele-Ange Siaba
Criminology and Justice Policy, PhD
Michel-Ange is a doctoral student in the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Northeastern University. His research interests are in the areas of punishment, prison abolition, and reentry. Since arriving at Northeastern, Michel-Ange has worked as a research assistant to Dr. Megan Denver and Natasha Frost in the criminology department, and in partnership with the Office of Community Correction and the Jail to Jobs Pipeline Project. Prior to his study at Northeastern, Michel-Ange was an instructor for cognitive behavioral therapy-based group programs in the Massachusetts prison system. Outside of school, Michel-Ange enjoys playing sports.
