Experiential Education:

Miranda co-oped at Senator Elizabeth Warren’s office from January to June 2025. She worked as an immigration casework co-op, assisting constituents with a wide range of immigration casework. This work included adjustment of status applications (I-485), family-based petitions (I-130), non-immigrant visa applications (B1/B2, DS-160), asylum cases, student visas (F-1, J-1), employment-based petitions (H-1B, O-2), and deportation cases.

In Miranda’s first year, she took Social Change and Human Services, where she participated in service learning. She volunteered at the homeless shelter Pine Street Inn, helping the organization with workforce development classes.
