Graduated in 2021
Sara graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Services with a specialization in Social Justice and Social Policy and a minor in Law & Public Policy. Her work at the Social Impact Lab enhanced her understanding of the Nonprofit Sector and advocacy work, and allowed her to take that knowledge into action through future internships, co-ops, and community work. Some issues that Sara is especially passionate about are advocating for better sexual health education and awareness of resources, and immigration policy. Sara has also been heavily involved in Service-Learning at Northeastern, as she has acted as an S-L student and teaching assistant, as well as a member of the S-L street team.
Sara is now a Basic Needs Program Coordinator at San Francisco State University.
