Beyond Fascism and Neoliberalism with Joy James
Date and Time: Tuesday, April 22nd, 2025. 6pm – 8pm
Abstract: Throughout history, it has been the trickster figures who messed with the line dividing this from that, who troubled the certainty of categories. Since 2005, dssi has worked to build tools and a community of practice around exactly such work.
Now in 2025, we find ourselves being told that there are two choices: to fight to defend the neo-liberal state or succumb to fascism. We draw on a long line of thinking and third ways, and we invite you to join us in expanding our range of motion.
