On October 7th and 8th, Dr. Megan Denver and Michel-Ange Siaba attended the 2024 National Fair Chance Hiring Conference. This conference brought together academics, practitioners, and business leaders to discuss various challenges that people with records face when applying for jobs and how employers can become CORI-friendly.
