CRJ hosts a range of events that further its mission of using social science research to advance social justice. Past events have featured expert panels, research seminars, and symposiums on topics like bias, victimization, immigration, race relations, political solidarity, and more.

Recurring Events

The Schulman Lecture Series invites prominent scholars, community practitioners, and students to discuss issues on race and justice. This series is co-sponsored by the Schulman Fund, the Center on Crime, Race, and Justice, Northeastern School of Law, the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice, and the College of Social Sciences and Humanities.

The Race and Community Dialogue Series was developed by the Center on Crime, Race, and Justice Community Advisory Board to explore discussions on race and communities of color amid and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
