Metascience and AI Summer School

The Metascience and AI Summer School, organized in part by the Ethics institute, was a week-long event that brought together the Metascience and AI postdoctoral fellows funded by Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, UK Research and Innovation, and the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC), as well as the Ethics Institute’s AIDE Summer 2026 students. The program aimed to strengthen technical and methodological fluency, provide a space to share research interests and approaches, and articulate a collective research agenda that will inform fellow and student career trajectories, helping to shape a broader field of inquiry.
