On Non-Violence

The counter-productivity of violence today almost seems like an article of faith. However, according to faculty member Candice Delmas, the assertion of a strategic superiority of non-violence ignores the ambiguity of the results of research in the social and political sciences. The International Day of Non-Violence this Sunday, October 2 offers the opportunity to question a question that is generally under-studied in France, unlike India, the United States and South Africa.
