Victoria Shen used her grant to gather information about colonial dentistry in Early America, joining the interdisciplinary research team working on the Birth of Boston project. Advised by professor Christopher Parsons, Shen uncovered new data about where these healthcare practitioners could be found, where they practiced, and who they served.
