About this Event

Are you concerned with gender inequality or the effects of climate change?

Learn how these two issues are connected and help discover actions you can take to help!

UPDATE: Veronica Thamaini, our Africa Regional Coordinator and speaker at the 2019 Obama Summit, will be joining us in facilitating this conversation! Don’t miss this opportunity to meet and collaborate with her. Register today!

Using our field-tested interactive processes, we will dig into the relationship between gender equality and climate change, understand how they show up locally, and develop action steps to make creative and sustainable shifts in our communities!

At Creative Action Institute, we’ve found that communities all over the world share this same desire to participate in creating meaningful, long-lasting change. Many of these communities have the knowledge to find solutions, they just need a catalyst to help them organize and act. By creating safe spaces where people from different perspectives and backgrounds can have meaningful, productive dialogue, communities can arrive together at sustainable, significant solutions.

This event is part of a series of conversations in Massachusetts’ North Shore, Boston, and New York.

Right now, the country needs this dialogue, this opportunity to come together and take real action to address gender equality in the community.

Refreshments and drinks will be provided!

Thank you to Alyssa Wright Consulting and Slalom Consulting for sponsoring this event.

Pre-registration is required for entry. Please bring a photo ID with you for check-in. Thanks!
