The Student Government Association has selected Dayna Altman as the March winner of the I AM A HUSKY Award.

Altman is being recognized for her involvement in both the Northeastern and Boston communities. She is currently serving as the Vice President of Community Service for the Student Alumni Association (SAA), where she creates a community service opportunity every month for the members of the association. This semester, Altman organized a new event for SAA called Fashion in Action: Changing the World One Outfit at a Time, a fashion show which served as a clothing donation drive for a local shelter or women who are escaping domestic violence and/or human trafficking.
