Heather Viola – Gideon Klein Scholar

Heather Viola (2015) is the Gideon Klein Scholar.

Heather Viola, is a Northeastern student pursuing a combined major in International Affairs and Human Services within the College of Social Sciences and Humanities. She is a devoted vocalist and sings in The Northeastern University Choral Society and Chamber Choir and in The Zamir Chorale of Boston. She also works at a nonprofit organization in Cambridge providing social services to victims of domestic violence. Read more about Heather here.

Heather is the recipient of the Wendy Breen Kline Award from the Office of Alumni Relations. This award was named in honor of Wendy Breen Kline, BB’84, PAH’88, for her leadership as a Northeastern student, as well as her service as NU Alumni Association Board President.  Through Heather’s commitment to social justice, community service, and academic integrity, she demonstrates the same type of leadership and volunteer spirit that Wendy embodied.
