Take a hands-on self-defense course via the National S.A.F.E. Program. S.A.F.E.(Self-defense Awareness & Familiarization Exchange) is an unparalleled two-hour educational awareness and crime-victim prevention program that encompasses strategies, techniques, options, and prevention. It also provides teen & adult women with information that may reduce their risk of exposure to violence and introduce them to the physical aspects of self-defense. Co-sponsored by Northeastern University Police Department.
