The UU Urban Ministry and Roxbury Historical Society will be hosting Dr. Karilyn Crockett, Director of Economic Policy, Research and Small Business with the City of Boston and research affiliate in the Department of Urban Studies & Planning at MIT as she shares insights from her new book, People before Highways: Boston Activists, Urban Planners, and a New Movement for City Making. The event will culminate with a Q&A session.

The event is free and open to all. Community dinner is served at 6 pm with programming to follow at 6:30 pm.
