But many Boston residents are faced with uncertainty given the rising cost of living in our city, the threat of automation, a global competitive workforce, and the prevalence of the gig economy. Furthermore, many well-paying tech-based positions are unfilled given lack of technical skills or training. We believe Boston has enough untapped talent to take on these phenomena.
