Aysen Tanyeri-Abur

Teaching Professor of Economics

Ayşen Tanyeri-Abur has worked for more than three decades in international development with extensive field experience in many countries around the world. Her primary areas of interest are food and agricultural policy analysis, agriculture and development, and economic history of food systems.   Prior to joining Northeastern in 2018, she worked at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) based in Rome, Italy.
