Ciela Capage
Criminology and Justice Policy, PhD
Ciela Capage is a doctoral student in the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Northeastern University. Her research interests center around communities and place, with a focus on the intersections of race, gender, crime, and policing. Since arriving at Northeastern, Ciela has worked as a research assistant to Dr. Eric Piza on a police Body Worn Camera analysis project, as well as Dr. Kevin Drakulich on projects concerning public opinion on crime and justice. She holds a B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from American University.
