Yasser Aponte

Yasser Aponte was born in Puerto Rico and moved to Boston as a young child. After taking a gap year, he became a 2016 Foundation Year scholar and enrolled at Northeastern, where he is now an international affairs and religious studies double major. Yasser wears multiple hats, pursuing a variety of jobs and projects while working towards his degree. Ultimately, he aims to give back to his community by creating opportunities for others to thrive.
