What happened during the breakup of former Yugoslavia in the 1990s, and how do those events and memories contribute to persisting tensions in the region? Students will learn about principles of cross-cultural psychology, intervention techniques for reconciliation and healing, and develop cultural competence and critical and comparative thinking skills over local and international issues.
