Students can choose between a concentration in African American Studies and African Studies.
African Studies is an interdiciplinary field of study devoted to the critical and systematic examination of the cultural, political, social, economic and historical experiences of the African Diaspora accross the globe. Students are able to focus on either African or Diasporic Studies, as well as African American or African Studies
