Boston Area Research Initiative (BARI)

The Boston Area Research Initiative (BARI) is an interuniversity partnership that pursues original urban research on the cutting edge of scholarship and public policy, with an emphasis on opportunities created by novel digital data. BARI develops technologies that make emergent data sources accessible for research, policy, and practice, centered around BARI’s flagship project, the Boston Data Portal where researchers, policymakers, and community members can map and download data generated by BARI projects.
