The third Jail to Jobs Pipeline Project (J2J) Roundtable was held on October 9th, 2024. Over fifty experts from a variety of sectors—including local community organizations, criminal justice institutions, and academia—attended. Roundtable participants discussed strategies to improve our understanding of current and potential usage numbers at the Community Justice Support Centers (CJSCs), considered options for expanding the J2J network, and generated additional outreach strategies to recruit employers to hire justice-involved people.
