Monetary Sanctions as Punishment for the Poor | Schulman Lecture

Shulman Lecture titled "A Pound of Flesh - How monetary sanctions create and exacerbate racial and economic inequality in the U.S. criminal legal system." The event featured Dr. Alexes Harris, Presidential Term Professor and Professor of Sociology at the University of Washington.
