At the National Institute of Justice’s 2023 National Research Conference one series of presentations focused on the prevalence of correctional officer stress, its debilitating effects, and ways to address it. SCCJ Professor Natasha Frost was one of the speakers at the session, sharing her findings on where correctional officer stress stems from.
