Jeffrey Moyer

Visiting Lecturer in Public Policy and Public Administration

Jeffrey Moyer is a visiting lecturer at Northeastern University in the School of Public Policy and Urban Affairs. He studies drug and regulatory policy, focusing on recreational cannabis and questions of social equity in the legal market. Jeff is the co-editor of Stoneover, a recently edited volume on lessons learned from a decade of legalization, and he served as lead editor of the ninth edition of Anderson’s Public Policymaking.
