Dr. Tiffany Nichols, Assistant Professor of History and Civil and Environmental Engineering and Legacy Survey of Space and Time Discovery Alliance Catalyst Faculty Fellow, recently received several leadership roles, all of which speak to Dr. Nichols’s tireless dedication.

Dr. Nichols was recently elected as the Early Career Representative for the History and Philosophy of Science Section of the American Association for the Advancement of Science; is Co-Chair of Policy for the Committee for the Protection of Astronomy and the Space Environment of the American Astronomical Society; and is the new Vice Chair (and will rise to Chair) of the Historical Astronomy Division of the American Astronomical Society.
