Following an onslaught of state violence in response to Black Lives Matter protests across the United States, we would like to virtually convene Northeastern alumni near and far for a panel on Activism, anti-Blackness, and White Supremacy as they appear in the queer community.

We will be joined by two esteemed panelists and activists, Earl D. Fowlkes Jr., President & CEO of the Center for Black Equity and Shaunya Thomas, Co-founder and President of Lesbians of Color Symposium (LOCS) Collective, Inc. moderated by members of Northeastern’s LGBTQ+ Alumni Community. Panelists will answer questions from our moderators before we open up for a Q&A session.

While this invitation comes on behalf of Northeastern’s LGBTQ+ Alumni Community, all members of the Northeastern community are welcome and encouraged to attend.

There may be event photographers or videographers present at this event. Any persons attending the event consent to have their photo taken and their likeness used by Northeastern University for promotional purposes.

We want you to know how we use the data you provide on our registration forms. You are submitting your registration information to Northeastern University and Cvent and it will be used in accordance with the Northeastern University Privacy Policy and the Cvent Privacy Policy.
