Co-op Term: Spring 2021
Position: Talent Acquisition co-op
Employer: Goodwin, Boston, MA

As one of the three Talent Acquisition co-ops, Morgan’s day was always packed with different daily tasks such as scheduling interviews and meeting candidates, and long-term projects like creating a flyer for Goodwin’s co-op recruitment. As a Talent Acquisition co-op, you are in charge of ensuring an excellent candidate experience for all of the open positions on the Global Operations team. Morgan’s favorite part of her co-op experience had been the collaborative work environment and how close she had become with her team.

In addition to Morgan’s daily work, she worked with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team where she had been able to work on projects that ensure that Goodwin staff feel supported, and represented. It was clear to Morgan that Goodwin had taken the time to invest in her. Since her first day, Morgan’s manager has prioritized regular feedback, professional development, networking, and mentorship. Ultimately, Goodwin cares about cultivating exceptional talent, and this is one of the many reasons why students should apply.
