Each session features an author of a recently published book exploring the role of colleges and universities in addressing societal problems. An expert in the author’s field will conduct the interview, followed by questions from the audience. This session will feature guest speaker Marybeth Gasman, professor in the Graduate School of Education at Rutgers University and author of Doing the Right Thing: How Colleges and Universities Can Undo Systemic Racism in Faculty Hiring.
