Anna Butler is the founder and president of Modzi, a non-profit organization that works directly with orphaned and vulnerable youth in Zambia.
Butler is a Northeastern alum with a bachelor’s degree in political science and international affairs with minors in African studies and global social entrepreneurship. In August 2013, Butler went on Human Services’ Dialogue of Civilizations in Zambia and was inspired by the Dialogue as well as her numerous international fieldwork to ultimately start her own international NGO.
