Please join URBAN Boston & the Boston Area Research Initiative(BARI) for a public discussion about how researchers and community members can engage with data-intensive urban research to strengthen our neighborhoods and empower our residents! This public event is intended to support learning among community members about the ways that diverse research projects and research perspectives, all rooted in a desire to generate and analyze data on urban programs, phenomena and processes, and empower neighborhoods.

There will be a light dinner from Taste of Eden at 5:30 with networking, and the event will begin promptly at 6:00pm. Our invited researchers will begin by briefly sharing their work, followed by a Q&A and small table discussion session, and some final concluding thoughts.
