Julie Miller, an alumna of the Human Services program, was recently interviewed by CNBC in a story about how student loan debt is impacting older millennials. Miller, who is now a research scientist at the MIT AgeLab, told CNBC that “at midlife, at least historically, that’s where many people are financially squeezed between saving for their futures and saving for their children.”
