The Jewish Studies minor provides an excellent broad-based introduction to the history, religion, and cultures of the Jewish people while also offering a unique opportunity to bring students’ major fields of study to bear on Jewish Studies topics. Students who choose to minor in Jewish Studies must have a minimum GPA of 2.00. Minors take a minimum of six approved courses. At least four of these courses must be taken at the Northeastern campus or through the university’s study abroad or Dialogue of Civilizations program. In our innovative one-credit capstone Module, minors integrate their work in Jewish Studies into their major field through research papers or experiential projects. For a detailed listing of the course requirements, see the Northeastern University Catalog. Keep in mind that requirements are subject to change.
