The Department of Philosophy and Religion offers a diverse array of majors and minors to fit students’ interests and plans. In addition to stand alone religious studies and philosophy majors, we offer numerous combined majors with other disciplines, such as computer science, behavioral neuroscience, international affairs, environmental studies, physics, history, English, economics, criminal justice, history, Jewish studies, Africana Studies, and media and screen studies. It is also possible for students to build their own combined major with our half major templates. Our highly flexible minor programs include philosophy and religious studies minors, as well as popular minors in ethics, information ethics, and mindfulness.
