David Medina
English PhD Candidate
David Medina is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of English in CSSH. His fields of study include early American literature, bibliology, and colonial Atlantic history. David’s research centers on the colonizing ideologies of the Iberian and British empires. His dissertation, Amores Amoxtli, investigates the aesthesis of Indigenous and European bibliographic objects in sixteenth- and seventeenth-century contact zones.
