Emma Beckman
MA in Public History
Emma graduated with a BA in Linguistics & English from Northeastern University in 2018. She did her undergraduate co-op in visitor services at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, which sparked an interest in all that occurs behind the scenes at museums. She has returned to Northeastern to pursue a master’s degree in Public History after spending five years working at an antiquarian bookstore in her hometown of Palo Alto, California. Her main project at the bookstore was the creation of a digital catalogue of the rare & collectible material.
