Ghorbaninejad (PhD ’18) accepts position at UCLA’s Digital Library Program

Kasra Ghorbaninejad (Ph.D. ’18) has accepted a position at UCLA’s Digital Library Program. Kasra’s title will be Sinai Library Digitization Project Data and Metadata Coordinator (SLDP-DMC) at the rank of Principal Museum Scientist. Kasra defended his dissertation, “Re/Imagining Imperial Narratives: Shakespeare’s Histories, Safavid Shāhnāmahs, and Anglo-Persian Alliance Building, 1590s-1620s” (co-directed by Marina Leslie and Erika Boeckeler) in July 2018.
