Experiential Learning:
Arushi worked for the AIDS Action Committee as their Voucher Housing Search Co-op, and for McKinsey & Company as their Public & Social Sector Research Co-op. She also conducted two research projects:
- Directed Study with Prof. Thomas Vicino, analyzing LightView as a case study for private-public partnerships between universities and economics developers, and how this impacts housing around the city.
- Directed Study with Prof. Matt Lee gathering qualitative data from Asian American faculty regarding their experiences of racism, with the hope of developing a framework for coping mechanisms and university retention strategies
