Alicia Sasser Modestino (Associate Professor of Public Policy and Urban Affairs and Economics) shared her thoughts on the eviction moratorium in Massachusetts for a GBH news article recently. She stated that a temporary extension of the recently expired moratorium would have been beneficial while Governor Baker implements his new plan to manage the influx of cases.
