People in this story

Co-sponsored by the Africana Studies Program

Join the Africana Studies Program, English Department, and CAMD in welcoming British actor, writer, and director Paterson Joseph for a reading of his newly released US novel, The Secrete Life of Charles Ignatius Sancho. The crticially acclaimed novel tells the story of the eponymous 18th-century Afro-British writer, composer, and abolitionist. The novel is also connected to the one-man performance that Paterson created in 2014, Sancho, A Rememberance.
